Eighty-Three

Saturday, September 4

Turkey sandwich.

Had a fabulous Greek dinner last night but, of course, I didn't have my camera. The meal was so good that I was inspired to go Greek for my second dinner, and that's when this sandwich happened. Turkey, tomato and tzatziki on whole wheat, with fresh cracked pepper.

Have I mentioned how much I love food?

Twenty-Four

Wednesday, July 7

Dolmades.

This dish brought to you (me) by the illustrious Mrs Janice Walsh.

Grape leaves, stuffed with rice, golden raisins, slivered almonds, onion, garlic and probably other things I'm forgetting. I'd never had homemade dolmades, but if you have access to grape leaves, you should absolutely try them.

Served with some of the best tzatziki (cucumber yogurt sauce) I've ever had.
