Fruit tart.

This was a test run for a tart I'm meant to make next week. Crust, pastry cream, mango, strawberry. Those were the fruits we had so that's what I used...I'll expand on that next time. Anyway, this was tasty.

Mango, strawberry, watermelon, mint. It doesn't get much better than that.
