Two Hundred and Ninety-Five

Pasta y fagioli.

Similar to last time, but this time with elbows instead of orzo, and also more carrots this time. I can't decide which I like better...I loved the texture that the elbows added, but I also like the "hash" feel that the orzo provides. I bet it would be good with just about any kind of pasta.
