Four

Chili cheese fries.

Sliced some potatoes, tossed them with olive oil, salt & pepper, baked at 350 for 25 minutes. Topped with chicken chili (again) and aged white cheddar. I would have preferred sharp cheddar, but alas, we are clean out. Regardless, this was amazing.

Mom, if I forget to tell you in person, we need sharp cheddar.

  3. Also, I am now convinced that every other post should feature chili and cheese. Also, you should come over more often. Like every other day.

  4. True, and thinking back, the only thing that gelato was really missing was chili and cheese...I'll have to keep that in mind next time.

    Speaking of foods that probably shouldn't be made sweet, I'm looking forward to getting some avocados so I can try my hand at avocado sorbet. I'll keep you posted.
