Two Hundred and Twenty-Nine

Friday, January 28

Whopper.

Dad bought burgers for Mike and me after he and Mr Keegan were hard at work outside...that's really what I look for in good landscapers: people who aren't afraid to reward those who do nothing to help.

Also, [casual remark about how I'm a month and a half behind in my posting]. Oops.

Ninety-Six

Friday, September 17

In N Out.

Cheeseburger and animal-style fries...I was in my happy place. Some people have bad things to say about In N Out, but it's amazing and haters gon hate.

Eighty-One

Thursday, September 2

Baked fries.

Tossed with olive oil, garlic salt, kosher salt and pepper...yum. I also like doing these with parsley and parmesan.

Thirty-Six

Monday, July 19

Parmesan-encrusted Tilapia.

Served with tartar sauce, French fries, cucumber/tomato salad and green beans. I was THIS close to going back for seconds but then someone came up and talked to me for a while and then I realized I was full. It's okay, though, because there ended up not being any leftovers. That's how delicious it was.

Four

Chili cheese fries.

Sliced some potatoes, tossed them with olive oil, salt & pepper, baked at 350 for 25 minutes. Topped with chicken chili (again) and aged white cheddar. I would have preferred sharp cheddar, but alas, we are clean out. Regardless, this was amazing.

Mom, if I forget to tell you in person, we need sharp cheddar.

Best,
Lindsay
