Avocado.

Half an avocado, drizzled with a garlicky red wine vinaigrette and topped with green onions: the perfect appetizer.

  2. It probably just looks green because of the avocado. As I recall, it was more of a light tan, due to the garlic, dijon mustard and olive oil.
