Samosas.

Went out for Indian with Andrew & Jon. These are fried veggie patties and were delicious. Stuffed with potatoes, peas and probably countless other ingredients, and served with a cooling mint raita. I'm going to recreate this one, for sure. So tasty.

Chicken curry with rice.

"Dhanyavad" to Moms for this fantastic Indian dish. Coconut milk, tomatoes, potatoes, perfect blend of spices; served over Jasmine brown rice, topped with cilantro...really wonderful.
