Pasta.
Roasted brussels sprouts, bacon, and caramelized onions, served over shells tossed in a garlic bechamel.
I'd just like to add that brussels sprouts are severely underrated.

Friday, January 14
Steak & potatoes.
Thinly sliced beef with a fresh herb chimichurri, served with mashed potatoes and buttered brussels sprouts, probably my two favorite vegetables.
