Chalet Lemon Cremes.

Thanks to Girl Scout Amanda Stepp for these. It's like a lemon Oreo. Kinda trippy.

Coffee granita with whipped cream.

This is a great dessert to follow a hearty meal, it's very light and refreshing with a strong coffee flavor. The granita mixture includes lemon zest (orange is also delicious) and Kahlua. The whipping cream is lightly sweetened and honored with a splash of Mrs Abler's wonderful homemade Limoncello.
