Took a trip to Olvera Street and stopped in at a little eatery with Jess and Alysia. We came away with tacos, sopes, churros and a little better understanding of the Spanish language.

Tacos.

Dinner at the Budges' before the "shopping spree" teen activity. Corn tortillas and hard taco shells filled with beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro and cheese, with black beans and rice on the side. One of my favorites!

Inspired from the previous week's taco truck trip. Spiced ground beef, pinto beans, onion, cilantro, pepper jack cheese, salsa, hot sauce, lime. Mexican home run.

Tacos.

Went to a taco truck for the first time, right around the corner from my house, and it was amazing. Two chicken tacos, topped with onion and cilantro, served with pinto beans and radishes, garnished with lime and hot sauce of choice. So good. I'll be making my way back there many times, I'm sure.
