Mom's behind this mind-twister. It's ground beef, mixed with refried beans and spices, stuffed with pepper jack cheese, and grilled; then placed inside a tortilla with lettuce, tomato, avocado, green onions, cilantro, sour cream, salsa and hot sauce. One of the tastiest things I've ever known.
Yum! I'd like some now please. So the ground beef is mixed with all that, but it is still ground beef like or is it made into a meatball like thing?
