Today's entry is thanks to Kelly, my awesome boss. This chick is a genius with tomatillos and avocados, among countless other ingredients.

    I may be asking you about tomatillo recipes...supposedly my grower was going to have them this year; I also saw some at the market today and was tempted, but didn't know what to do with them. Yet!
