The night called for a fancy dessert, and Mom delivered. Chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate shavings, berry coulis, whipped cream, mint and a fresh raspberry. The garnish consists of a fresh berry medley, whipped cream, berry coulis and this wonderful crisped rice chocolate "chips." The perfect ending to a delicious meal provided by Brittany Coker!
