Pasta salad.

Rotini, chopped chicken, green bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, crumbled feta and a quick garlic vinaigrette. I love this kind of dish, so quick and light but so so delish.

Chicken cacciatore.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the conversation went something like this:

Brian - "I haven't had chicken cacciatore in a long time."
Janice - "Okay, I'll make it."

And then it was delicious. Yet another reason she is so amazing.
