Snacks.

Toasted sliced baguette, topped with unripened goat cheese and roasted tomatoes, garlic & mint. Thanks to David & Diana Vierra for the inspiration, and Mom for the execution.

Salad.

Chicken, pears, walnuts, goat cheese and baby lettuce, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt & pepper. So refreshing.
