Thanks to Mrs Cabaluna for these. Filled with mushrooms and all kinds of vegetables, and served with a spicy vinegar dipping sauce. This is a before picture; I was too busy scarfing them down to get an after picture.
A southwestern spring roll from Santa Fe, one of my most-frequented restaurants in Deep Creek. Corn, red onions, tomatoes, hot peppers; topped with a spicy, creamy Chipotle sauce. Fantastic!
