Sauteed chicken in a cream sauce with rosemary, poultry seasoning, artichokes and a splash of white port. Served on a bed of risotto.

Pizza.

Artichokes, chicken, garlic, caramelized onions and mozzarella on garlic & herb dough, finished with fresh parsley and drizzled with hot sauce. One of, oh I don't know, the best pizzas ever.

Salad.

Why don't more salads have artichokes? They really should. This was amazing. Snap peas, tomato, black olives and avocado are big stars, too. Served with ranch dressing and some of the best bread ever.

Angus steak dinner.

Just a little something I threw together when I got back to my friend's house after camp. Angus steak patty, fried artichoke hearts, three cheese & spinach ravioli, fresh broccoli.
